Returns Policy
Returns & Refunds for Physical Products
📌 Faulty or Defective Products
- If your item arrives faulty or defective, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement.
- After 30 days, a replacement may be offered, but refunds will no longer be available.
- We will offer a replacement for up to 6 months from the original purchase date if the item becomes faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:- Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Sale or clearance items.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
1️⃣ Contact Us: Email info@citrineaesthetics within the return period, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item showing the fault (if applicable)
2️⃣ Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
3️⃣ Processing Your Return:
- Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Replacements (if eligible) will be dispatched as soon as possible.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs:
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If returning for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
